Q: Is the A5 Planner Binder dated?

No, and that’s the whole point. The binder itself is completely undated, so you buy it once and swap in new inserts year after year.

Q: Does the binder come with planner pages?

No. The binder is sold on its own so you can pair it with whichever insert set fits how you plan. Our 2027 A5 Daily Planner Inserts and 2027 A5 Weekly Planner Inserts are both made to drop right in.

Q: What fits inside the binder?

It’s built for our 2027 A5 Daily and Weekly Planner Inserts, and it fits any standard A5 6-ring refill on the market. That means you can add your own note paper, dividers, and pages alongside your Dailee inserts.

Q: Can I fit a full year of inserts in the binder at once?

We don’t recommend it. For the best experience, load 3–4 months at a time (6 months max). Any more than that and the binder gets bulky, doesn’t close cleanly, and won’t function as smoothly. Keep the rest of your inserts stored and rotate them in as the year goes on – they arrive in wrapped bundles to make that easy.

Q: What are the frosted plastic sheets for?

Two frosted cover sheets sit right on the rings, one at the front and one at the back. They give you a smooth, firm surface to write on from either side, no matter how much or how little you have loaded in your binder.

Q: Is the pencil pouch really removable?

Yes. Four corner snaps hold it in place, so you can pop it out whenever you want easier access to what’s inside, want to take just the pouch with you, or need it out of the way while you’re writing.

Q: How do I decide which A5 setup is right for me?

Start with the binder – it’s the foundation, and it’s the one purchase you won’t have to make again. 

From there, choose your inserts based on how you like to plan. If you want a full page for every day with hourly time-blocking, go with the A5 Daily Planner Inserts. If you’d rather see your whole week at a glance without filling in every hour, the A5 Weekly Planner Inserts are the better fit.

Already have an A5 binder or a designer agenda cover you love? Our inserts are punched to standard A5 6-ring spacing, so they’ll work in that too.
