These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the-dailee.com (the "Website") and any purchases made through it, operated by The Dailee LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

 

ELIGIBILITY

The Website is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older located in the United States. By using the Website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

 

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Physical Products: Planners, fridge calendars, and accessories will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and are subject to change.

Digital Products: Digital downloads (including iPad planners, spreadsheet planners, and Notion templates) are delivered electronically as instant downloads. Nothing will be shipped. Technical support is not included.

Discount Codes: Only one discount code may be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined or used more than once.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on physical or digital products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

Upon purchase of a digital product, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal use only (one person per license). You may not:

• Distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or give away any digital product.

• Use digital products for commercial purposes.

• Modify and redistribute or sell derivative works.

The Company retains all rights, title, copyright, and ownership of all digital products sold.

 

EMAIL MARKETING

By subscribing to our email list, you agree to receive marketing communications from The Dailee, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email or contacting us at hello@the-dailee.com.

 

SMS AND RCS MARKETING TERMS

Program Description: The Dailee sends recurring automated marketing text messages (SMS) and rich communication service (RCS) messages to subscribers who have opted in. Messages include promotional offers, sale alerts, new product launches, restock notifications, and order updates.

Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in through our Website signup form or at checkout, you consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month, though frequency may be higher during launches or sale periods.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further messages.

You waive your right to a jury trial. In the event litigation is necessary after arbitration, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
