The Dailee’s Review Submission Giveaway Program is designed to encourage authentic customer feedback in exchange for an opportunity to win a $75 digital gift card. By submitting a review of any Dailee product, customers may be automatically entered into a monthly giveaway.

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Be a legal resident of the United States.
• Have previously purchased a product from The Dailee via a verified sales channel (e.g., Shopify, TikTok Shop).
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of The Dailee.
• Have not won a previous Review Submission Giveaway in the last 12 months.

You may only leave one review per product. Multiple reviews for the same product will count as a single submission.

3.1. Review Channels

You may submit reviews through:

• Review forms embedded in marketing emails.
• Review forms on The Dailee website powered by JudgeMe.
• Landing pages linked from newsletter or footer Call-to-Actions.

3.2. Submission Value

• 1 valid review = 1 giveaway submission.
• 1 valid review with photo or video of a Dailee product = 2 giveaway submissions.

3.3. Review Authenticity

By submitting a review, you represent that the review:

• Reflects your honest opinion and experience.
• Is submitted voluntarily, independent of any influence of The Dailee.

3.4. Third-Party Platform Terms

Review submissions are processed through Judge.me, a third-party review platform integrated with The Dailee’s website. By submitting a review, you acknowledge and agree to Judge.me’s Terms of Service, including their account creation and eligibility requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the condition that users must be 18 years of age or older to submit a review through their platform.

By leaving a review, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. The Dailee does not independently verify user age but relies on Judge.me’s platform for this validation.

4.1. Monthly Timeline

Each giveaway period begins on the final Monday of the then-current month and ends the final Sunday of the following month.

4.2. Winner Selection

On the last Monday of each month, one winner will be randomly selected using a third-party randomizer from all eligible submissions. The winner will be announced in The Dailee’s upcoming monthly newsletter.

4.3. Prize Distribution

The selected winner will receive:

• A $75 digital gift card as a personalized discount code to use on The Dailee Shopify store.
• The gift card will be delivered via email and will expire 12 months after issue.

There are no product exclusions; the gift card may be applied at checkout to any available item.

By submitting a review, you grant The Dailee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your review content, including photos and videos, for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Website and product pages
• Marketing emails and newsletters
• Advertisements

By participating in the Program, you agree that The Dailee, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be held responsible or liable for:

• Any technical errors that may prevent entry or selection.
• Loss or misdirection of email notifications.
• Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Program or acceptance/use of the prize.

The Dailee reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Program if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond our control affect the integrity of the Program.

The Dailee reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Information submitted as part of the Program is subject to The Dailee’s Privacy Policy. Review submissions are processed through third-party platforms and may be subject to their terms and data handling practices.
