Q: What months do the 2027 A5 Daily Planner Inserts cover?

January 2027 through December 2027 – a full calendar year, plus all of our beginning-of-planner organization pages.

Q: Are these dated?

Yes! Everything is pre-dated so you can jump right in with no setup required.

Q: Do I need The Dailee A5 Planner Binder to use these?

No. These inserts are punched to standard A5 6-ring spacing, so they work in any standard A5 binder or agenda cover. That said, ours was designed and tested alongside them, so it’s the best fit – and it comes with organization features you won’t find in a plain binder.

Q: What’s the difference between the A5 Inserts and the bound 2027 Daily Planner?

The contents are identical. The difference is the format. The bound Daily Planner is one finished book, while the A5 Inserts are loose, pre-punched pages you load into a binder. That means you can carry a few months at a time instead of the whole year, pull a single page out to write on it flat, and add your own pages or dividers alongside them. The A5 pages are also more compact (5.8” x 8.3” versus 7” x 9”) and printed on heavier 120 GSM paper.

Q: What’s the difference between the A5 Daily and A5 Weekly Inserts?

The same difference as our bound planners. The Daily set gives you a full page for every day with hourly time-blocking and extended room for to-dos. The Weekly set trades those daily pages for a minimalist weekly spread so you see the whole week at once. Both sets include all the same organization pages.

Q: Should I put the whole year in my binder at once?

We don’t recommend it. Load 3-4 months at a time (6 months max) so your binder closes cleanly and functions smoothly. Your inserts arrive in five wrapped bundles, which makes swapping simple as the year goes on.

Q: How do I decide which planner is right for me?

If you want one place to plan your entire life and you like the flexibility of a binder, the A5 Daily Inserts are for you. You get everything in our most popular planner – work, personal goals, household tasks, budgets, and daily routines – with the freedom to carry only what you need and rebuild your setup whenever you want.

If you love the system but prefer a lighter weekly view, the A5 Weekly Inserts have all the same organization pages with a weekly spread instead of a daily one.
