How many meetings does it hold? 110. Every meeting gets a full two-page spread (starts on the left and continues on the right) which adds up to 220 meeting notes pages.
Is it dated? Nope. It's undated, so you can start it in the middle of a quarter, use it alongside a dated planner, and keep going until you fill it. You write the date on each meeting spread.
How is this different from the meeting notes pages in the Corporate Planner? It's the same beloved layout, but a lot more of it and with a lot more room for notes per meeting! We kept getting asked for more meeting notes pages than the Corporate Planner could physically hold, so we spun the section out into its own smaller, easier-to-carry book. Use it on its own, or bring it along as the meeting companion to your Corporate Planner.
What kind of paper does it use? Thick, smooth, 120 GSM pages that work well with most pens, markers, and pencils.
Is the journal lined, dotted, or blank? The journal pages are lined to keep your handwriting straight and neat.
Does it lay flat? Yes. Lay-flat binding means the book stays open on the conference table without you pinning it down with your coffee.
Does it have a bookmark? Yes, it has a black ribbon bookmark to keep your place, plus a black elastic closure to keep the book shut in your bag.
Does it have a folder or back pocket? No, this one is built slim on purpose so it lays flat and slides easily into a work bag. (If you want a keepsake folder without the meeting-specific layout, our lined Journal has one.)
What size is it? 5.6" x 8", the same size as our standard Journal. Small enough to carry from meeting to meeting, big enough to actually take notes on.
Who is this for? Anyone whose calendar contains meetings, and anyone tired of hunting through three notebooks and a Slack thread to find what was discussed and decided.
