The Honest Overview: Pros & Cons
Pros
Cons
...But Here's Why
Will they work for my planner?
These highlighters are formulated for thin planner paper.
There may still be a little bleed-through (but it’s barely noticeable!).
Liquid is still liquid, so heavy pressure can cause bleed on our planner paper. We used the thickest paper we could without making your planner even heavier or cutting pages you love.
Are the colors aesthetic but versatile?
Aesthetically pleasing colors that look great on planner pages, but still colorful enough to differentiate.
These are muted colors, so if you want bold, bright highlighters, these might not be for you.
Muted colors bleed less and keep your pages looking clean and calm. They’re great if you like a more neutral or minimalist look.
How should I use them for planning?
Seven colors for seven days of the week. How does every highlighter set not include seven colors?!
Right now, we only offer these 7 colors, so you may need more if you highlight a lot.
There is no one right way to highlight. Use one color per day of the week, stick to the neutrals daily and save brighter shades for deadlines or big tasks, or ignore the colors you do not love altogether. Hate yellow? Put it in planner jail forever. The point is flexibility, not rules.
