Digital Product Manager

Company Overview

Join our dynamic team at The Dailee, a leading brand in the planner and organization industry. We create tangible and digital products that help people stay productive, organized, and inspired. From beautifully crafted daily planners to innovative iPad designs, our products are beloved by customers for their functionality, style, and type-A approach.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and tech-savvy Digital Product Manager to own The Dailee’s entire digital product line from concept to customer. In this role, you’ll design and build our digital products - including iPad planners, Notion planners, spreadsheets, and templates - keep them updated and flawless, and make sure each one is marketed, explained, and loved. You’ll be both the maker and the owner of a fast-growing part of our business, turning great ideas into polished products people use every day. As we expand our evergreen product line, this position is key to making our digital products a reliable, standout part of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Product Creation

  • Own all of The Dailee’s digital products end to end: iPad planners, Notion planners, spreadsheets, templates, and other digital organization tools
  • Design, build, and maintain each product, including layouts, navigation, hyperlink structures, and overall user experience
  • Become the go-to expert on how every digital product works
  • Build products for specific use cases: planning, budgeting, productivity, school, work, and family organization
  • Run seasonal and yearly updates (new-year versions, date changes, fixes) so nothing goes stale
  • Keep a master library of all digital products, versions, and updates

Quality & Improvement

  • Review every product and its materials for errors and inconsistencies before launch (multiple layers of review are part of our process)
  • Use customer feedback, reviews, and sales to improve products and expand the assortment
  • Research competitor products and digital trends to spot new opportunities
  • Own the digital product roadmap: what we build next, and why

Marketing & Merchandising

  • Make sure every digital product is marketed well and never launches quietly
  • Own digital product pages (PDPs): image order, feature callouts, demos, and copy direction - to clearly show how each product works
  • Partner with the marketing team on launch support, campaigns, and ads for digital products
  • Provide input on pricing and help build digital + physical product bundles

Content & Education

  • Create tutorials, how-to guides, and FAQs so customers know exactly how to use each product
  • Film simple demo and tutorial videos using our digital products for social media and product pages
  • Be comfortable on camera demonstrating products

Delivery & Support

  • Own how customers receive and access their digital products (downloads, Notion duplication links, template access) and troubleshoot any issues
  • Support our customer service team on digital-product questions
  • Track digital product performance and report on what’s selling and what needs work

Collaboration

  • Work closely with our graphic designer and creative partners on product visuals and accessories
  • Coordinate with the marketing and social teams to keep digital products in the content calendar
  • Partner with the founder on product vision and priorities

Requirements

  • 2+ years building digital products, templates, or digital content in a digital-first brand, e-commerce, or creator setting
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Notion, GoodNotes / iPad planners, Google Sheets or Excel, and Canva
  • Strong tech confidence and a quick ability to learn new platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail — you catch the errors others miss
  • Comfortable on camera creating simple product demos and tutorials
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to own a product from idea to launch
  • Bonus: experience with Shopify, design tools, or building hyperlinked/interactive PDFs and planners

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
  • A creative problem-solver who loves turning ideas into usable products
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys organization, systems, and detail (being type-A is basically a requirement ;))
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and takes feedback well

Location, Hours & Compensation

  • Full-time, based in our Cedarburg, WI office, with a flexible hybrid schedule: in-person Monday-Wednesday and remote Thursday/Friday
  • Compensation: $60,000–$75,000, based on experience
  • The Dailee offers a total compensation package designed to support employees in all aspects of life, including a suite of health benefits, a 401k, generous PTO, and paid parental leave
