When I left my first review, I had issues when initially attempting to download the file. It stated that too many people had already access the file. I immediately emailed support and received a message that they would be out of office for the holidays, which is understandable. I am giving a five out of five stars despite that experience because the support team got back to me first thing this morning. Less than 12 hours from me reporting it to them, especially when they were out on holiday. And the planner is absolutely amazing! I’ve clicked around a little bit and it’s everything it is advertised to be! As long as the links work set up is super easy! And if they don’t support, is there to assist.
