Here are some frequently asked questions:
- Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments typically take 4-7 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier. As soon as the package ships, you should receive a tracking code.
- All sales are final.
- We use a third party fulfillment center and they move quick to get orders out ASAP. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we are unable to make any changes.
- Our planners are ONLY available on our website and TikTok Shop. We are unable to assist with any issues regarding orders placed on other websites.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to accept address changes.
- We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada.
