How do I access the spreadsheet after purchase? You'll receive a digital download that contains the contents of your purchase and download instructions for Google Sheets and Excel Online.
Can I customize the spreadsheet for my specific needs? Yes! The entire spreadsheet is fully editable, so you can tweak it to fit your unique planning style, bridal party, and wedding events.
Can I share the spreadsheet with family, friends, or vendors that are helping me with wedding planning? Yes! You can share it with others via Google Sheets’ built-in sharing options.
What if I need help using the spreadsheet? The instructions tab has everything you need to get started, but if you run into any issues, feel free to reach out for support at hello@the-dailee.com.
What programs can I use this planner with? This spreadsheet planner is designed in two formats: one for Google Sheets and one for Excel Online. You can use it on desktop or mobile, but we do not recommend using it in the Excel desktop app.
Do I need any special software to use this? No special software is needed! You just need access to Google Drive or Excel for the web. Google Sheets is free with any Google account, and Excel for the web also has a free version available.
Is the planner editable? Yes! All tabs in the planner are fully editable, so you can customize layouts, rename sections, and tailor it to fit your workflow. There are some cells with automation formulas that we do not recommend changing, but all of that is noted within each spreadsheet tab so you know exactly what to expect!
Will this work on my phone or tablet? Yes, you can use the planner on your phone or tablet via the Google Sheets app or Excel for the web. Just keep in mind that editing may be easier on a computer.
Is this a downloadable file? You'll receive a link to make a copy of the planner in your own Google Drive, as well as detailed instructions on the best way to use the planner spreadsheet. You'll also get instructions on how to download the .xlsx version of the file for use in Excel for the web.
Can I use this in the Excel desktop app? We recommend using the Excel Online version of this spreadsheet in Excel for the web, NOT the Excel desktop app. If opened in the Excel desktop app, your .xlsx file will lose a lot of formatting, including all checkboxes.
Is this easy to use? Definitely. We’ve designed the layout to be simple and user-friendly, even if you’re new to using spreadsheet planners.
Can I print it out? While it’s designed for digital use, you can print individual tabs or sections if you prefer a physical copy of certain pages.
