How is the spreadsheet version different from the paper Daily Planner? It includes the same dated structure and layouts, but in a digital format with automations and formulas that make planning faster and easier.

What programs can I use this planner with? This spreadsheet planner is designed in two formats: one for Google Sheets and one for Excel Online. You can use it on desktop or mobile, but we do not recommend using it in the Excel desktop app.

Do I need any special software to use this? No special software is needed! You just need access to Google Drive or Excel for the web. Google Sheets is free with any Google account, and Excel for the web also has a free version available.

Does it include all 2026 dates? Yes. Every day of 2026 is pre-dated for you, so you don’t have to set anything up manually.
